Power to the people.

Our power went out. Okay, not ha ha funny. But curious.
I couldn’t access my address/phone book. I couldn’t check my to-do list. Scratch that. My to do LISTS. I couldn’t see my calendar.
I was paralyzed.
Maybe this will be a warning to me and I’ll print out those important things for the next time.
Or not.
I panic when the tv goes out…I might actually have to read!
This is the beauty of laptops. The power went out last week while I was studying for exams, and I lit some candles and kept on going. Of course, if the power is out for more than 3 hours I’m stuck. I don’t know if I could study without my computer!
Scary…which is why we have hard copies of our diaries…anal? Perhaps!
