Cherry blossoms.
Posted: March 30, 2008 Filed under: Uncategorized 4 Comments »We did go downtown yesterday – us and about 1 million other people. The metro was beyond crowded. It was unreal. But as soon as we walked among the beautiful trees, the crowds and the stress melted away.
It was a lovely day.

A friend of mine at work went to the see the cherry blossoms this weekend too, and he was telling me about how crowded the metro was (it took him 15 minutes just to get back INTO the Smithsonian metro station when he was getting ready to go home). Craziness!
