Yeah, what the heck is muscle milk? The mind boggles! LOL!

and muscle milk? is that for you or the kids. can you list the ingredients for me? Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), the predigested “fast burning fats” PREDIGESTED!!!!
Muscle Milk actually tastes good – the first protein drink I can say THAT about.
Ingredients:
Water, caseinate, milk protein isolate, blend of vegetable oils (sunflower and/or safflower oil, canola oil), cocoa powder, crystalline fructose, maltodextrin, natural and artificial flavors, vitamin and mineral blend, whey protein concentrate, MCT’s, porassium chloride, soy lecithin, microcrystalline cellulose, monosodium phosphate, carrageenan, sodium hexametaphosphate, acesulfame potassium, salt, sucralose.
VITAMIN AND MINERAL BLEND: vitamin A palmitate, cholecalciferol, vitamin E acetate, biotin, niacinamide, d-calcium pantothenate, thiamin mononitrate, cyanocobalamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, ascorbic acid, tricalcium phosphate, chromium chloride, copper gluconate, potassium iodide, ferric pyrophosphate, magnesium phosphate, zinc oxide).
