Why do you think yogurt manufacturers leave the seeds in raspberry yogurt? Here I am with my coffee, yogurt and newspaper enjoying the cool Fall morning wondering if there is anyone who actually appreciates the seeds.
I don’t mind the texture of the seeds too much, though having just broken a tooth (no idea how I did it) I’m going to have to be more careful, I guess!
The real reason they don’t remove them, I suspect, is that it’s another process which would cost them money they wouldn’t be able to add to the price.

i actually don’t like any pieces of fruit in yogurt, though you are right that the seeds are especially annoying.

Incredible. I JUST ate a raspberry yogurt with my lunch, was JUST thinking the same thing, and JUST read your blog item. Spooky!
