This is the wall behind my bed. I put the message up the other day as a gift to Andrew. (That wooden sun was already there. I love it.)

Nice sentiment, huh?

Reminds me of other sage advice I got a long time ago.

Never go to bed angry.

I believe the original full quotation was from the English Restoration playwright William Congreve: “Never go to bed angry, stay up and fight.” Obviously a bit more of an edge there–your version is kinder.
