Do you think there is a special class to learn to talk in that garbled way?

I would comment on this, but I don’t know what referees sound like… I’m not a sports person
I’m suspicious of the secret “garbled-talk school” as well. And you know what? Evidently they have them in the UK also…unless all of the train announcers in the UK have to go over to the States to get their garble lessons!
